VIP TICKETS - SELECTION DETAILS & INFORMATION
Certificate gives the recipient 2 tickets valued up to $300 USD($150USD per ticket) to an event in the US or Canada.
Events may include but are not limited to: Concerts, Broadway shows, Musicals and more, along with major sporting events including CFL, NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, NASCAR, NCAA college basketball.
Optional upgrades available through provider's in-house full service travel agency (airfare, hotel, car rentals and more)
A $50.00USD refundable deposit is required at the time of registration (via Visa or Mastercard). There is a $20USD shipping/handling fee. Tickets must be requested prior to the expiry date printed on certificate.

Q. Can I purchase additional tickets?
A. Yes, please discuss directly with your VIPTicketPro agent.
Q. How long is my VIP Ticket Pro certificate valid for?
A. Your program has an expiry date and all ticket requests must be completed prior to that date.
Q. How long does it take to receive my tickets?
A. Our goal is to have your tickets in your email or mailbox within two weeks of purchase. Some events may have a delivery delay in place, as such your tickets will not be shipped or available to print prior to that date. This delay is intentionally in place by the event organizer or ticket outlet (e.g. Ticketmaster) to prevent any fraud.
If it's 24-48 hours before the event and you're still waiting for your tickets, contact us and we'll make sure you can pick them up at the venue's will call window or we will email them to you.
Q. Why do I have to send in funds to Odenza Marketing Group?
A. Because this is a promotional program, the funds you send act like a security deposit for your reservation. In the event you decide not to redeem your tickets your funds are fully refundable.
Q. What type of payment methods does Odenza Marketing Group accept?
A. All funds must be submitted by Visa or Mastercard through our secured website.
Q. How do I get my refund?
A. Provided you have not finalized tickets with a VIPTicketPro agent all funds that have been paid to Odenza Marketing Group are fully refundable.

- Hotel check-in for the Las Vegas program will be on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

- Please note: Some resorts will charge local taxes/fees. Many resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean have mandatory all-inclusive plans payable at the resort. - For Cruise and Las Vegas programs: The certificate will be assigned to an Odenza Travel Agent who will contact the guest directly to begin the booking process.
- For 7-Night Stay program: Guests will receive an email with a link and passcode to browse through the available resort inventory online.
From there they can place a 24-hour reservation hold on their selected resort and call Odenza to finalize the booking or consult an in-house travel agent for more info.🏩🏨🏩🏩🛥️

a) Can upgrades/changes be made to the promotional trip?
Yes! Every recipient is entitled to the promotional package as outlined in their certificate however Odenza’s agents can also help book the custom vacation of their dreams! This might include extending the length, adding extra travelers, upgrading accommodations, travelling over a holiday or weekend and in some cases venturing to an entirely different destination. These upgrades are available at additional cost based on
availability. Agents can also help guests book add-ons not included in the promotional vacation such as flights, car rentals, attraction passes and more.
b) Why are funds required before working with a travel agent?
Prices and availability of travel change by the minute which means that the funds are needed in-house at registration so that as soon as the guest wants to book a spot can be reserved. The guest will receive a full 100% refund if they no longer want to book at any point.
c) Is the certificate transferable?
Yes, the certificate is transferable prior to registration.
d) Can I use 2 or more certificates together for group travel?
No, group travel is not permitted as stated in the terms and conditions.
