The Wedge Ruler by Quilt in a Day is marked with two different sizes for cutting chisels into either 2 1/2 or 1 1/2 inch strips. Just start at one end of the strip, cut, and then flip the ruler all the way to the end of the strip. You'll flip for joy when you find out how easy this ruler is to use!
