 Can we special order?

  • Yes, we can special order items for you - depending on the availability of the item.

How long will a special order take?

  • Usually 4-6 weeks depending on the supplier. Please call us for any inquiries.

How much will it cost to ship?

  • The cost depends on the supplier's freight services. We always call back to confirm the cost before finalizing the order.

How many items are in a box?

  • This depends on the supplier. Some products have 3 per box, some 6, and some 5. If you are not sure, it is best to order in single units. For example, if you want 6 cards, best to order "6" rather than 2 boxes. We always send single units unless specifically asked for boxes.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?

  • Yes we do. Overseas customers must contact us directly to place their order.
