Can we special order?

Yes, we can special order items for you - depending on the availability of the item.
How long will a special order take?

Usually 4-6 weeks depending on the supplier. Please call us for any inquiries.
How much will it cost to ship?

The cost depends on the supplier's freight services. We always call back to confirm the cost before finalizing the order.
How many items are in a box?

This depends on the supplier. Some products have 3 per box, some 6, and some 5. If you are not sure, it is best to order in single units. For example, if you want 6 cards, best to order "6" rather than 2 boxes. We always send single units unless specifically asked for boxes.
Do you deliver outside of Canada?

Yes we do. Overseas customers must contact us directly to place their order.
